Alias holds a Bachelor of
Engineering (Mechanical) Honors degree and is a
qualified API 510 Certified Pressure Vessel
Inspector. He has over fifteen (15) years of
experience in project engineering & management,
design & engineering; construction, fabrication,
installation, testing and commissioning of major
EPCC projects. This includes Marine Terminal
Facility in Sudan, LPG Bottling Plant,
Pipelines, Metering Station, Bulk Terminal and
Buildings. Also experienced in engineering
design / management of package engineered system
and process related system (power generation,
wax processing unit, plant safety system,
metering station, pumping system, lubricant oil
system, etc) including hydraulic calculation,
pipe sizing, sound pressure calculation, wall
thickness calculation, regulator sizing, meter
sizing, pressure safety valve sizing, material
specification sheets, engineering & construction
procedures. He is now focused to take Global
Resources Engineering sdn bhd to the forefront
of the oil & gas and power generation industries
and tap on the opportunities up on.

Mohd Rijal holds a Diploma in
Electromechanical Engineering (Polytechnic Ungku
Omar) and has 15 years of experience in cabling
and installation for IT Networking System,
Telephone PABX installation and wire diagram,
Smart Home system and engineering and Basic PLC
system and programming. He is currently
appointed as Business Development Manager to
spearhead Global Resources Engineering in
pursuing business opportunities in the oil and
gas industries

working experience heavy fabrication, site
